What is GiftModerne.com?
We are an Internet store. We're like a very large department store, or even a mall, but you never have to leave your personal computer to shop with us.

Do you share my private data with anyone else?
No. We know that you value your own privacy. We don't sell, rent, trade, lease, sublet, give, barter, swap, share, vend, bestow, confer, donate, furnish, bargain, auction, let, furnish, grant, impart, or provide any of your personal data with anyone else.

How safe is it to pay by credit card on the Web?
Perfectly safe. When you enter your payment information into your own computer and click on the Submit button, before your computer actually sends the data, it scrambles (encrypts) the information. Only our server has the key to unscramble (decrypt) it. Once the payment is in our hands, it gets re-encrypted and goes through secure channels to our credit-card processing network. In fact, it's a lot safer than reading your card number aloud over the telephone.

What is your return policy?
Most merchandise may be returned for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Depending on the item, there may be a restocking fee. If the product is defective, of course, we'll be happy to refund your money or replace the product. For all the details, please review our instructions for returns.

Do you honor manufacturer's warranties?
Manufacturer's warranties are (by definition) between you and the manufacturer. We can help you prove that your item is still under warranty because we have copies of receipts for everything you've ever purchased. Most warranties require you to show proof of purchase. In case you've lost your original receipt, we can print another one at any time.

Can I have a product delivered to a PO box?
GiftModerne.com does not currently ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses within the United States, nor do we ship to international addresses.

How long does delivery take?
Please remember that because GiftModerne.com ships products directly from its own warehouse sometimes we can be out of stock for a couple of days before shipping your order. This also means that if you order several types of products at once, they will be shipped all at the same time. Unless otherwise indicated, most of our products ship US postal service.
